Although when trying to import the agents.csv file as a scenario for abstreet there is a failure so maybe this doesn't fix.

abstreet logger output:

[2025-01-13T22:24:03Z INFO  map_gui::tools::command] RunCommand: ./target/release/cli import-grid2-demand --map=data/system/zz/oneshot/maps/portland.bin --input=agent.csv
> import grid2demand...
> parse CSV...
